Richard worked tirelessly on behalf of Sutton Courtenay and the surrounding villages, championing road safety, flood prevention, planning, education, environmental protection and the many everyday issues that matter to local residents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The funeral will take place on Friday 17th July, 11am-12pm, at All Saints Church in Marcham, Oxfordshire. There will be a reception directly afterwards at Marcham Centre. All details for the funeral can be found <a href=\"http:\/\/richard-webber.muchloved.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">here<\/a>.
